This module has two workflows that create work order job sheets and purchase orders.
The first workflow creates a work order job sheet that, once created, allows workshop users to see outstanding jobs in the application. Workshop users then enter the labour hours (clock in/clock out) and parts required for the job. Once completed, they flag this job as completed.
The second workflow converts completed work orders into completed purchase orders. Every workshop job sheet will be converted into purchase orders and there are no General Ledger posting.
If a job is chargeable to a customer, a debtor invoice will be generated in Microsoft Business Central. All other purchases, such as ordering parts, will be done by the purchase order module in Microsoft Business Central.
